This is how to proceed step by step:

Go to the new BvL Help Desk page: https://atec-service.bvl-group.de/
If you were already registered in the warranty portal (Halifax), then:
- Login with your email address and your password.
If you have not yet registered in the warranty portal (Halifax), then:
- Click on "Forgot your password".
- Enter your email address and reset

Hint:

If a user has already been registered, then an e-mail will be sent and you can generate a new password.
If no user has been registered and you do not receive an e-mail, return to the start screen and click on "Register". The account will be created and enabled. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to generate a password.
