The new V-MIX Plus 32-3S mixer wagon

A new model on the occasion of the company’s anniversary: For exactly 20 years now, Bernard van Lengerich Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (BvL) has been manufacturing feed mixer wagons with three mixing augers. Now BvL is launching a new variant: the V-MIX Plus 32-3S. In addition to a large mixing volume capacity of 32 m3, it also features compact dimensions. Because the base plate has a width of only 2.20 m, the new mixer wagon is available with an overall width of 2.27 m. Despite its large volume, it is therefore quite maneuverable and can easily fit through narrow passages.

Another advantage of the compact design: it can be registered for road use with discharge chutes on both sides, without special approval. The standard 4-spring tandem axle unit ensures outstanding road behavior.

In addition, the relatively narrow container makes the mixer wagon an exceptionally lightweight and efficient machine.

With a base plate width of 2.20 m, this mixer wagon from the Emsbüren-based machine manufacturer fills a gap in the three-auger mixer product range. In addition to the 32-3S, the line also includes variants with 30 (30H-3S) and 34 m3 (34-3S).

As with all feed mixer wagons from BvL, this three-auger mixer wagon is also available with custom features and options, such as container linings, mixer auger variants, diverse discharge openings, weighing and camera systems, as well as electric control units.

Three-auger mixer wagons from BvL are also available in wider versions with a capacity of 30 to 40 m3, as well as high-performance Giant versions with a volume of up to 46 m3.
