800 mm wide conveyor belts now standard

Custom tailored feed mixer wagons, with numerous feed discharge variants – that has long been the specialty of Bernard van Lengerich Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG. Now the feed technology specialists in Emsland are presenting a new standard for the optional transverse conveyors of their feed mixer wagons: Instead of 600 mm as in the past, they are now 800 mm wide, with an optimized frame. This applies to all feed mixers except the self-propelled V-MIX Fill Plus LS pro.

The wider conveyor belts significantly improve feed discharge efficiency. Lateral adjustment of the transverse conveyor is also available for this width. In addition, side elevators can be combined in different lengths.  The new 800 mm transverse conveyor from BvL also retains the use of an open cage drum roller for reliable propulsion with no slippage.

If a narrower conveyor discharge is required, however, a 600 mm transverse conveyor belt for feed mixers is still available on request. This may be necessary, for example, in combination with automated feed systems.
