BvL V-CONNECT Dairy Feeder
Straightforward and intuitive, the system gathers and analyses essential information on feeding accuracy, feeding times, feed quantities, IOFC, feed conversion efficiency, and much more. Our V-CONNECT Dairy Feeder provides you with the means to calculate your feed rations on the Internet. It communicates with the mixer wagon in real time and in fully automatic fashion. This allows for the comprehensive recording of all feeding activities, providing you with an exhaustive overview of your entire feeding process - anywhere and anytime.

BvL V-CONNECT Mixer Control
Our V-CONNECT Mixer Control promises extra help with the daily feeding work. On the mixer control, the farmer can display and control the current mixing auger speeds in rpm, as well as the mixing time and the display of the total number of revolutions. In addition, an operating hours counter is also integrated.
All in all, it is much easier to produce consistent feed mixtures.
The accessories can be integrated into the electromagnetic operation of the feed mixer wagon.
Real stainless steel for solutions that are hard as steel
BvL stainless steel lining
We can furnish your mixer wagon with a special stainless steel lining. You can choose between our V2A Basic and our V2A Profi lining, which we always tailor to your own type of use. Both are made of high-alloy and premium grade V2A stainless steel (material number: 1.4301) and differ only in the thickness and the height of the material. Its high chromium/nickel concentration sets the V2A apart from all other grades of stainless steel, as it makes this material rustproof, resistant to acid and hard-wearing. It will always demonstrate its abilities to the maximum for your benefit.

BvL Straw blower
Almost all of our fodder mixers can be equipped with our mechanically driven straw blower. The patented, direct attachment of the straw blower to the mixing trough ensures a continuous flow of material. With a throwing range of up to 30 m, its output of 320 kg/min and the integrated stone catcher trough, our straw blower is a real powerhouse that focuses on safety.
Shift gears even under load
BvL Powershift gearbox
Need more power? We carry an extensive selection of the most varied reduction gearboxes in order to perfectly match the power requirement of the mixer with the tractor used. BvL's Powershift transmission is truly without equal. It allows the user to shift gears even under load and proves particularly helpful during a cold start involving large amounts of feed. In this use case, the gearbox cuts down operating costs and relieves the tractor coupling.
