Self-loader

The V-MIX Fill Plus LS self-loading mixer wagon from BvL is now available with a user-friendly cutting unit that requires even less maintenance. For nearly 25 years, Bernard van Lengerich Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (BvL) has been manufacturing self-loading feed mixer wagons with a view toward continuous improvement of the functionality. Now the feed experts from the Emsland region have redesigned the cutting unit for their current V-MIX Fill Plus LS self-loader. This optimized cutting unit achieves a smoother and more efficient cutting process due to the following features:
 

• up to 30% thicker counter-cutter;
• manually adjustable counter-cutter, which not only reduces maintenance but also lasts much longer;
• central lubrication point;
• an optional user-friendly central lubrication unit;
• much longer service life as a result of the above improvements.

The family-owned company from the Emsland region offers the self-loading mixer wagon as a single- or double-auger mixer. The compact version – the V-MIX Fill Plus LS 13 1S – will be on exhibit, equipped with a V-COMFORT turbo straw blower, at the BvL booth (Hall 27, booth G16) at EuroTier 2022 in Hanover.
